The natural beauty and serene landscape of the Thousand Islands has been humbly complimented by this minimalist retractable canopy design from ShadeFX.

Combining our state of the art drive beam technology with the creative vision of Stone and Associates sturdy steel frame, we created an outdoor space that embraces the surrounding environment and eloquently captures the picturesque view.

By using a U-channel support to strengthen our extended drive beam, we created a system capable of supporting a large canopy (18ft long and 14ft wide) while still maintaining a sleek minimalist design allowing for the desired open-air overhead space.
 

 
The steel powder coated frame and white finish on all ShadeFX components added to the elegant Pfifer Shearweave Chalk Fabric. Our minimalist inspired theme continued by making the fabric narrower than the wings in order to hide the canopy inside the captive stabilizers.

Adding a comfortable seating area and outdoor fireplace flattered this outdoor space, making the view from underneath the ShadeFX retractable canopy picture perfect.
